Location:
Dallas, TX — near Love Field Airport
Starting Pay:
$17.00/hour
Schedule:
7:00 AM start; availability through approximately 6:00 PM
The ideal Entry Level Gutter Installer candidate will possess:
Assist the installation crew with gutter installation and related work
Desire to grow with the company
Learn proper installation techniques and job-site procedures
Work safely on ladders and at residential job sites
Assist with loading, unloading, setup, and cleanup
Excellent communication skills
Previous experience specifically related to gutter services/installation, and a passion for all things gutters (like us) is a huge plus, but not a requirement!
A desire to establish a positive work culture for all
A great sense of humor
OSHA certification and/or ladder safety training preferred
The minimum requirements are:
Valid driver's license
18 years of age
Ability to pass a background screening and drug test
Comfortable working outdoors
Comfortable working on ladders and at various job sites
Reliable attendance
Pay and Growth Opportunity:
Starting pay: $17.00/hour during training
Opportunity for
$0.50/hour raises
through our Skills Ladder
Raises are based on performance, knowledge, skill development, and ability to work independently
Once required skills are demonstrated and a production position is available, apprentices may transition to production pay
Production installers earn
7%–9% of production, uncapped
